In 2007, she decided to focus on notary service. At that time, her notary public duties were part time, which allowed her time to raise her daughter, participate in school fundraising activities, and volunteer in the community. However, she always took her role as a public servant seriously, always projecting the confidence and professionalism that are her hallmarks.
Eventually, she became a certified Notary Signing Agent, handling thousands of assignments over the years, including purchase and seller signings, refinances, FHA loans, VA loans, conventional loans, debt consolidations, trusts, lines of credit, loan modifications, REOs, RESPAs, reverse mortgages, construction loans, home equity loans, mobile home loans; and as a mobile notary, handled powers of attorney, grant deeds, quit claim deeds, and other types of financial products and documents. Even though her duties and responsibilities were serious, Teresa was equally committed to putting her clients at ease with her friendly and warm attitude.
